Refund Policy
At GlazeHaven, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made cakes and baked goods for all your special occasions. Since each order is handcrafted and made to order, we’ve outlined a fair and clear refund policy to help manage cancellations and concerns.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 3–4 days before the pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Orders canceled less than 3 days before the date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation have already begun.
2. Custom Cake Orders
- For custom or highly personalized cakes, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- If canceled more than 5 days in advance, we may refund up to 50% of the total payment, depending on how much work has already been completed.
3. Pickup No-Shows
- If you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled date and do not notify us in advance, the order will be held until the end of the business day.
- No refund will be issued for uncollected items.
4. Dissatisfaction with Products
- If you are not satisfied with your cake or baked goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Refunds or replacements will be considered based on the issue (e.g. incorrect flavor, decoration, or damage).
- To process a refund, we may request that the cake be returned or that you provide photos of the issue.
5. Allergy & Dietary Disclosure
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.
- We do not provide refunds for reactions due to undisclosed allergies, though we take all reasonable care to prevent cross-contamination.
6. Special Circumstances
- In the event of emergencies, natural disasters, or sudden changes (e.g. event cancellation), please contact us. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
